Form 3 – Free Directory Entry Form
Every exhibitor is requested to fill-up this form with details therein and submit before 15 June 2011 to ensure listing in the Weld India 2011 Exhibition Directory / Catalogue.

Form 4 – Directory Advertising Form
Any interested company (exhibitors & non-exhibitors) is requested to fill-up this form and submit before 15 June 2011 along with the payment and ad material for releasing an advertisement in Weld India 2011 Exhibition Directory / Catalogue.

Form 5 – Fascia / Furniture
Details of Fascia Name Board, any additional furniture / electrical requirements are to be filled-up and sent to the organisers on or before 15 June 2011.

Form 6 – Additional Electricity Form
Exhibitors who need additional power are  requested to fill-up this form with details of kW Load and submit before 15 June 2011 to the Event Managers. Please note that it is mandatory for all Raw Space Exhibitors to submit this form with their power requirements.

Form 7 – Compressed Air Order Form
Exhibitors who need Compressed Air Connection are  requested to fill-up this form and submit before 15 June 2011 to the Event Managers.

Exhibition Technical Manual
Exhibition Technical Manual is a 20 page booklet containing detailed information, rules & regulations, various application forms etc. Exhibitors are requested to download this important document for their reference and further action.
